| 1 | Remove and chop stems of mushrooms. Place in bowl. | 2 | Add remaining ingredients except mushroom caps to bowl. | 3 | Mix into a meatloaf-like consistency. You may need to add more bread crumbs. | 4 | Using a scoop, form mixture into bowls and press into mushrroms. | 5 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | 6 | Bake mushroom caps for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. | 7 | Serve warm. |
