Steps
Sequence Step
1Sauté onion, garlic, green pepper in olive oil until translucent. Add green chilies and chicken broth. Mix in refried beans, jalapenos and cumin. Add more chicken broth until desired soupy consistency. Adjust jalapenos, cumin and cilantro to taste.
