Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook sausage (breaking into small pieces as much as possible) until well browned … drain and set aside Grease 13” x 9” baking dish with cooking spray In bowl mix drained meat, ricotta, parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and 2 cups red sauce Prepare ziti al dente Add ziti to mixture in bowl and toss gently to coat ziti Scoop into greased baking dish and pour remaining sauce evenly over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes until hot and bubbly
