| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees | 2 | Mix tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a medium sized bowl. Let stand for at least one hour. | 3 | Arrange baguette slices on a cookie sheet. Brush tops lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a 1/2 teaspoon cheese each. Bake for 5 minutes. | 4 | Top baked baguettes with a spoonful of tomato mixture and top with a cheese garnish. Bake 5 more minutes. Serve hot. |
