| 1 | In a samll pot over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water, 2 1/2tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. | 2 | Bring to a boil and remove form heat. | 3 | Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. | 4 | Heat oil for frying in pan at 375F. (wait until bubbles begin to form on the oil.) | 5 | Pipe dough though pastery bag and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. | 6 | Combine in a seperate bowl, 1 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tsp of ground cinnamon. | 7 | Mix churros and mixture and lay out to enjoy. (Make sure that the churros are dry form the oil first.) |
