| 1 | Cook minced garlic in a skillet using Pam Cooking spray for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes with juices, 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup basil. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 8 minutes. | 2 | Chop remaining 1/4 cup basil, then mix with the turkey, spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, and egg beaters using your hands.
