Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook minced garlic in a skillet using Pam Cooking spray for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes with juices, 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup basil. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 8 minutes.
2Chop remaining 1/4 cup basil, then mix with the turkey, spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, and egg beaters using your hands. Form into 4 large or 12 small meatballs; add to the sauce and simmer, turning, until cooked through, 6 minutes for small and 12 minutes for large.
