Steps
Sequence Step
1Mill three cups wheat to create 4 1/2 cups flour.
2Combine water, oil, honey, salt and egg.
3Add lecithin, gluten (3 tsp), and flour.
4Make a small well in top of flour and add yeast.
5Using a bread machine, set on desired setting.
