| 1 | Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until soft over med. heat. Add chopped chicken breasts and cook. | 2 | Place chicken mixture in large cooking pot, Add Chicken broth, chili powder, oregano, tomatoes to pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-10 minutes. | 3 | Stir in corn, chilies and black beans. simmer for 10-20 minutes. | 4 | Serve in bowls.
