1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 8x4 loaf pans, 18 muffin cups or 8 mini loaf pans that are 3 inches wide. |
2 | Beat softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. |
3 | Add the sour cream, eggs, and bananas. Mix well and till all are incorporated. |
4 | Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. When all are incorporated stir in chocolate chips. |
5 | Bake for 55 minutes for loaf, 25-30 for muffins or mini loaves or till toothpick comes out clean. |
6 | Cool for 20 minutes on rack beofre removing from pan. Cool completely and then package. |
