cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)whipping cream

cups, chopped or dicedbroccoli florets

cup, shreddedmuenster cheese

ouncesChorizo, pork and beef

teaspoonblack pepper
Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown chorizo and break up into crubmles. Add florets and stir to slightly soften. Remove from heat and cool.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Beat to combine.
3Stir in cooled sausage
4Pour into a greased pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
5Cool slightly before slicing into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
