| 1 | Combine cider, soy sauce, garlic-chili paste, miso, and brown sugar in sauce pot. Simmer 5 minutes to release and blend flavors. Bring to a boil and whisk until sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Add sesame seeds and refrigerate until needed. Shake well and heat to serve. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. |
