| 1 | Grate boiled eggs and put into bowl. Squeeze excess liquid from imitation crab meat and shred. Add to bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Serves 8 |
