| 1 | Saute onion in 1/2 c butter. Add mushrooms and saute. Add broth, rice, and lentils. Cook for 45 - 60 minutes. Pour into 4 greased 8 x 8 pans. Melt 1 cup of butter and add the soda crackers, crush. Use as topping. Bake 350 for 40 - 50 minutes |
