Steps
Sequence Step
1preheat oven to 350 line baking sheet with parchment
2combine wet ingredients add dry ingredients
3measure about a heaping Tbsp of batter onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart
4bake for 10 mins cool on wire rack
5TADA! the end.. Cookies have a cake like texture since the fat is not going to crisp them as we eliminated most of it.
6NOTE: I have used dark chocolate covered coffee beans to make an espresso like cookie. this recipe is pretty versatile with the things you can add to it.
