| 1 | Saute onions and mushrooms in a nostick pan with a little water until soft | 2 | Add chicken broth and spinach. Cook until broth evaporates and spinach is wilted. | 3 | Put vegetables in bottom of pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.Sprinkle with half the cheese. | 4 | beat eggs, egg whites, yogurt, and seasonings until well mixed. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. | 5 | Bake quiche at 325 degrees for approx 40 minutes until set. |
