cupMargarine, light- (I can't believe it's not butter)

cup, shreddedsharp cheddar cheese

tablespoonOnion, dehydrated minched

cupBread crumbs or crushed cornflakes (optional)

smallOnion, chopped finely
Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare penne according to direction on box. Add minched onion and salt to water. Drain and set aside.
2Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray
3Layer dish starting with the penne, next layer colby/jack cheese evenly over the pasta, sprinkle 2 Tbl of sharp cheddar evenly, next dot margarine evenly, continue layers ending with the penne
4In separate bowl mix finely chop onion, eggs, evaporated milk, water, eggs, seasoning salt, black pepper, mix well.
5Pour mixture over casserole, add rest of cheeses on top
6Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
