| 1 | Prep onion, bell pepper, jalepeno, and garlic. | 2 | Suatee onion and bell pepper till half way translucent. | 3 | Add jalepeno, garlic, and mushrooms. | 4 | Add ground beef and cook till almost done. | 5 | Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef stock. | 6 | Bring to boil and then add rice.
