packages small (3 oz)(8-ounce) pkg of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

can (15 oz)black beans, canned, Goya

tablespoonGreen chiles, 4 oz canned chopped with liquid

cupsour cream

teaspoonsSpices, ground cumin

teaspoonchili powder
1/4
teaspoonsalt

package (6 oz)monterey jack cheese - shredded

ouncessharp cheddar cheese
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350; Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
2In a large skillet, comine ground chuck and onion; cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crunmbles. Drain well.
3Stir in cream cheese, beans, and chiles. Cook, over medium heat stirring frequently, until combined.
4Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, cumin, chili powder, salt, Monterey Jack cheese, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
5Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with corn chips.
