Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine protein powder, oat bran, wheat flour, wheat germ, and salt set aside. Chop fruit and mix, set aside. In a third mixing bowl whisk tofu, add juice, sugar, eggs, and peanut butter. Now to this third mixture add the powder mixture and combine. next, add the fruit mixture and combine. Spread in baking dish, bake 35 min or until internal temp reaches 205 degrees F. Cool, cut into squares, store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
