cupcranberries, dried, sweetened

cup, sliveredSlivered almonds (1 tbsp)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, I find it easiest to do when the chicken is half frozen. Place in frypan with a little water, salt and pepper to taste, cover and cook over medium heat just till cooked.
2Drain chicken add garlic, herbs de province,ginger and onion 1 tsp onion flakes. Set aside.
3Place cranberries in a microwavable dish with 1/8cup water and microwave 30-60 seconds till cranberries are plumped.
4Toast almonds in a little butter and sugar.
5Add veggies, cranberries, sliced olives, I used the burgundy ones, they have a little spice to them, to chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Worcestershire. Mix, cover and cook till heated through.
