1PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. CONVENTIONAL OVEN PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: THAW FISH FILLETS UNDER REFRIGERATION. OTHER TYPE OF FILLETS MAY BE USED (I.E. COD, POLLACK, PERCH, ETC...). 1 EA RECIPE FRENCH DRESSING (M05800) MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR PREPARED FRENCH DRESSING IN STEP 1. PREPARE AS A SEPARATE RECIPE. CRUSH POTATO CHIPS BEFORE MEASURING. SHRED CHEDDER CHEESE BEFORE MEASURING. 1. SEPARATE FILLETS; CUT INTO 5 OZ PORTIONS. DIP FILLETS IN FRENCH DRESSING; PLACE IN SINGLE LAYER ON SHEET PAN.
2COMBINE CHIPS AND CHEESE. SPRINKLE 1 QT MIXTURE OVER FISH IN EACH PAN.
3BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL FILLETS FLAKE EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK. CAUTION: BAKING TIME WILL VARY WITH THE TYPE AND THICKNESS OF FILLETS USED. CONVECTION OVEN: BAKE AT 350 F(HIGH FAN - OPEN VENT) 7 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. NOTE: RANCH DRESSING MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR FRENCH DRESSING IN THIS RECIPE.
