large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb)Apples, 1 Granny Smith and 3 Gala, cored and chopp

cupcranberries, dried, sweetened

cup (not packed)Raisins, golden seedless

cup (8 fl oz)water

cupMayonnaise, light

tablespoonsYogurt, vanilla, low fat

tablespoonssplenda no-calorie sweetener

cup, dicedcelery

cup, choppedpecans, toasted
Steps
Sequence Step
1Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and stir in raisins and cranberries. Let stand 10 minutes and drain.
2Stir together mayo, yogurt, Splenda, lemon zest and juice in a large bowl.
3Stir in apples, celery, cranberries and raisins. Cover and chill.
4Sprinkle mixture with becans just before serving.
