| 1 | Prep all veg, keeping all seperate. Chop shallots and parsley. Cut peppers in half lenghtwise and remove ribs and seeds | 2 | Saute shallots in butter until light brown. Allow to cool | 3 | Add cooled shallots, 3 oz cheese (grated), parsley, and eggs to ground turkey. Mix well. | 4 | Make small test patty and cook on stovetop to test and adjust seasoning. | 5 | Divide turkey mixture into the 4 pepper halves. Grate remaining 1 oz cheese over top. | 6 | Bake in preheated 375F oven 45 minutes. |
