| 1 | Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix oats and almonds in big bowl. Mix brown sugar and water in 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup; microwave for 5 minutes. Stir and add salt and vanilla extract. Pour over oat mixture and stir until well dispersed. Spread evenly over 2 pans; bake at 275 degrees for one hour. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. |
