1PAN: 18 BY 26" SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375F. OVEN PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: THAW FISH FILLETS UNDER REFRIGERATION. OTHER TYPE OF FISH FILLETS MAY BE USED IN EQUAL WEIGHTS. PREPARE LEMON JUICE FROM FRESH LEMONS. FROZEN OF CONCENTRATE MAY BE USED. 1. SEPARATE FILLETS OR STEAKS; CUT INTO 5 OZ PORTIONS. ARRANGE SINGLE LAYERS OF FISH ON LIGHTLY GREASED PANS.
2COMBINE LEMON JUICE, BUTTER OR MARGARINE, AND SALT. DRIZZLE 3/4 CUP MIXTURE OVER FISH IN EACH PAN. COMBINE ONION POWDER, OREGANO, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, GROUND RED PEPPER, AND BLACK PEPPER. MIX THOROUGHLY. SPRINKLE 2 TBSP MIXTURE EVENLY OVER FISH IN EACH PAN.
3BAKE 25 MINUTES. CAUTION: BAKING TIME WILL VARY ACORDING TO TYPE AND SIZE OF FISH FILLETS. FISH IS DONE WHEN IT FLAKES EASILY WITH A FORK. CONVECTION OVEN: BAKE AT 325 F(HIGH FAN - CLOSED VENT) 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
