Mississippi Mud Cake
Ingredients

4	tablespoons	unsweetened cocoa powder
2	sticks	Margarine, regular, stick
1	cup (8 fl oz)	water
2	cups	flour unbleached
2	cups	sugar
1/2	cup (8 fl oz)	Yogurt, plain, low fat
1/4	teaspoon	salt
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract
2	medium	eggs

1	Bring first three ingredients to boil
2	Pour mixture over next two ingredients in mixing bowl
3	Beat well
4	Add everything else, beat well
5	Pour into greased, floured sheet cake pan
6	375 degrees, 25-30 minutes

5	tablespoons	skim milk
4	tablespoons	unsweetened cocoa powder
1	stick	Margarine, regular, stick
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract
3.5	cups unsifted	icing sugar

Steps

1	Bring first three to boil
2	Pour over other two
3	Mix well
4	Pour hot glaze over finished cake and set in oven for 5 minutes
