| 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) if making balls; 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) if making loaf | 2 | In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, Cheddar cheese, and cottage cheese until well blended. Mix in 1/2 cup onion, pecans, basil, salt and sage.
