Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2Place chickpeas on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden brown and crunchy, about 35-40 minutes. "Shake" the pan every 10 minutes or so to ensure even cooking.
3Transfer to a large stainless steel or glass bowl. Toss with olive oil to coat lightly.Combine salt, cayenne, garlic powder and chili powder and sprinkle over chickpeas. Toss to coat evenly. Cool and enjoy
