teaspoonsugar - Organic cane juice crystals

teaspoonsea salt (Celtic or Real Salt are best)

largeegg, beaten

cupmilk, whole, organic

tablespoonOil, sunflower
Steps
Sequence Step
1Add flour, sugar, milk, eggs, oil salt and seasonings as desired and mix thoroughly. Consistency should be rather thin.
2Heat sautee pan under medium heat and oil lightly to prevent sticking.
3Place 1/4 cup of batter in pan at a time, rotate lightly to coat bottom of pan.
4Allow batter to set for approximately 30 sec to 1 min on first side and then flip using a rubber spatula and lightly with fingers.
5Allow to heat for approximately 30 seconds on the other side and then remove to a plate. Repeat for remaining crepes.
