Steps
Sequence Step
1sprinkle yeast in bowl with warm water, let dissolve and foam up (about 5 minutes)
2Once yeast is dissolved, add room temp water
3Mix 4 cups of bread flour and salt on low in KA mixer (use "Sitr")
4Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix till cohesive ball forms, then stop. take off paddle and add dough hook. Knead dough for about 5 minutes still smooth and elastic
5form dough into ball, place in well oiled deep bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise, about 1 - 2 hours.
