| 1 | sprinkle yeast in bowl with warm water, let dissolve and foam up (about 5 minutes) | 2 | Once yeast is dissolved, add room temp water | 3 | Mix 4 cups of bread flour and salt on low in KA mixer (use "Sitr") | 4 | Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry.
