tablespoonolive oil, extra virgin

Steps
Sequence Step
1Fun and Fast. Prepare Taco Mix as follows: zucchini, onion and green pepper by slicing (chopping) to desired size. Broccoli Slaw comes already sliced in bag. Add EVOO to skillet add in garic and onion, lightly browning for approx. 1min. Add in peppers and zucchini to mix (adding additional EVOO as needed) and stir occasionally for approx. 5min. Add in Broccoli Slaw and continue to stir occasionally until desired consistency (I prefer all veggies to be tender but lightly firm). Salt and Pepper mix to taste. For added kick I like to substitute cayenne pepper for black. Remove from heat. Warm tortillas individually and fill with taco mix. Plate and serve with plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), add cheese and salsa as desired. Yummy.
