cup (not packed)raisins, seedless

cup (8 fl oz)Greek Yogurt, plain, low fat
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2mix 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1/2 tsp. of the cinnamon together for sprinkling tops of muffins before baking.
3In large bowl mix dry ingredients, with walnuts and raisins. In small bowl mix egg,oil, mashed banana and yogurt.
4Add wet ingredients to dry , mix just until blended.
5Pour into 12 muffin cups. Top with sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Bake 375F for 20-22 min.
