| 1 | Mix dry ingridents in a bowl. Prepare peaches, cornstarch and 1/3 sugar, almond extract in another bowl, and microwave, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves and mixture is thickened. Add water, egg,and pecans to dry mixture stir. Pour warm peach mixture into a 2 quart baking dish sprayed with pam. Plop flour mixture over peaches making sure it is well spread. Mix cinnamon and tablespoon over top and bake in 400 for 20 min. |
