cupall-purpose flour

tablespoonLawreys Season Salt

cupVegetable shortening
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat electric fry pan to 375F. Add shortening. Place flour and salt in plastic bag; add thigh. Shake to cover chicken; place in hot shortening.
2Cook both sides evenly for 10 to 12 minutes each.
3Remove from pan when ready and allow thighs to drain on paper toweling before serving.
