1Fry bacon, drain, crumble
2Add garlic onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, leek, oregano, and bay leaf. Cook for about 15 minutes.
3Add the tomatoes, chopped potato, cauliflower, drained garbanzo beans, and vegetable broth.
