| 1 | Combine peas and water | 2 | Low heat bring to boil | 4 | reduce heat simmer | 5 | add zucchini and onions and leeks whole | 6 | juice carrots and celery | 7 | add carrot and celery juice to pot | 8 | add kale to pot | 9 | simmer for 15 minutes | 10 | remove all whole veggies and blend them into a cream add cashews to mix and blend until smooth | 11 | Add blended mixture back into pot and add mushrooms then simmer for another 20 to 30 minutes |
