Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F Lightly grease an 8X8 baking dish set aside
2In a small saucepan melt butter with honey over low heat, stirring until melted
3In a large bowl stir together oats, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt. Pour butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until combined well.
4On a large baking sheet, spread granola evenly. Bake, stirring often to keep from burning until golden brown about 15 minutes. Granola will crisp as it cools.
5Cool granola on the baking sheet. Return to bowl, add raisins, cool completely.
6Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Allow mixture to come to a boil, remove from heat, pour mixture over the granola, stirring to coat well. Press into prepared baking dish and let cool completely and firm up. Remove from pan, cut in half, cut each half in 10 equal pieces.
7Bars may be kept in an airtight container at room temperature about a week. If they last that long!
