Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottoms of 4 mini-muffin pans. Mix Sugar, splenda and Margarine. Stir in eggs until well blended. Add bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until moistened. Divide batter into 48 mini muffins and bake for 15 minutes.
