Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a small mixing bowl or a liquid measuring cup, combine milk, applesauce, almond butter, extracts and brown sugar.
3In a large bowl, combine flours, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
4Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.
5Add frozen cherries and berries and fold in gently.
6Transfer batter to an 8×8 pan that has been lightly greased or coated with cooking spray.
7Bake for 28-32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
