cup1-15 oz. jar applesauce (unsweetened)

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)mashed bananas

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sugar, oil, vanilla, applesauce, and mashed bananas to the eggs; mix well.
4Combine the wet and dry mixtures. Stir until just combined.
5Fold in the zucchini and blueberries.
6Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans
7Bake 45-50 minutes until knife inserted at center of loaf comes out clean.
8Remove each loaf from pan after they cool. Slice into 10 uniform pieces per pan (20 per recipe).
