Convection oven: 350 F for 40-45 min. or until center internal temperature reaches 150 F. CCP: INTERNAL TEMP MUST REACH 150 F. FOR 15 SECONDS 2. HEAT SAUCE TO INTERNAL TEMP OF 145 F. FOR 15 SECONDS 3. SERVING IS 2 STUFFED SHELLS WITH 1/4 CUP SAUCE POURED OVER THEM. (SAUCE IS OPTIONAL FOR DINER)
