| 1 | DICE CELERY
1. ADD PEAS TO BOILING WATER.CANNED PEAS MAY BE USED, HOWEVER FROZEN IS PREFERRED.
2. BRING TO A BOIL; COVER, COOK GENTLY 4 TO 6 MINUTES OR JUST UNTIL TENDER.
DRAIN; SET PEAS ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4.
3. PLACE CELERY IN BOILING WATER; COOK 10 TO 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER;
DRAIN.
4. COMBINE HOT PEAS AND CELERY; MIX GENTLY.
5. SERVE HOT. |
