spears medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)Asparagus

cups pieces or slicesMushrooms

packages (6 oz)canadian bacon

cupsalad dressing, italian dressing, reduced calorie
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook cous cous per package instructions (2 packages)
2Lightly sautee in 1 tbsp olive oils asparagus and mushroom pieces. Do not over-cook - you want the vegetables to still be crunchy.
3Cut canadian bacon into pieces.
4Mix cous cous, vegetables and canadian bacon in bowl, pour dressing in and mix thouroughly.
