| 1 | In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the almonds, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the ingredients from garlic to oil.
In a large bowl, toss together the almonds, romaine lettuce, strawberries, and cheese. Cover with dressing and toss to serve.
Total time is about 15 minutes, and the results are delicious. |
