| 1 | Blend first carrots and dates (first ones) in high speed blender. Simmer on the stovetop with almond milk for 10 minutes. Add chopped cashews and raisins to carrot mixture. While it simmers, blend banana, remaining cashews, dates and coconut. Serve carrot mixture immediately and top with banana mixture. MMMMM.... yummy. |
