Ingredients

cupapple juice, or other 100% fruit juice

cupsugar free syrup (DaVincis or Torinis)

tablespoonsSplenda Brown Sugar blend

cup, wholecranberries, dried

teaspoonsea salt

teaspooncinnamon, ground

cupsoatmeal-old fashioned rolled
Steps
Sequence Step
1In small sauce pan combine brown sugar blend, sugarfree syrup and apple juice. On medium heat let the sugar melt (do not boil). Once sugar has melted remove from heat.
2In large mixing bowl combine nuts, cranberries, salt, cinnamon and oatmeal. Pour sugar mixture over oats and mix. Pour on to a greased cookie sheet or line with tin foil and spread evenly.
3Bake at 325 for 30 minutes in you want it moist and 60 minutes if you like it crunchier. Stir about every 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet right away or it will stick. Store in an air tight container.
