| 1 | Par Boil cleaned and stemmed Peppers for about 3 mins. Let dry/cool on paper towels.
In large skillet, cook peppers, onions, mushrooms and zucchini until tender. Add Turkey, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, chili flake. cook 6 mins.
Add rice and tomato sauce, remove from heat. Stuff inside peppers and bake in water bath for 30 mins. |
