2/3	cup, chopped	Onion, chopped
1	clove	garlic minced
1	tablespoon	olive oil, extra virgin
1 1/2	pounds, raw	boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/3	cups	chicken broth or stock
1 1/2	cups, chopped	Carrots, raw
2	stalks large (11"-12" long)	celery
1/2	teaspoon	Poultry Ground seasoning
3	tablespoons	butter
3	tablespoons	all-purpose flour
3/4	teaspoon	salt (optional)
1/8	teaspoon	white pepper
1 1/2	cup	cup milk
1 1/4	cups, diced	low fat shredded cheddar cheese
8	ounces	wide egg noodles-one package, cooked

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken; cook until no longer pink. Add the broth, carrots, celery and 1/2 tsp savory. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer fo 10-15 min or until vegetables are tender
3	Transfer to a 3 qt baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bak, uncovered, at 350 defreese F for 15-20 min or until bubbly.
