1Put 1 bell pepper into food processor. Chop Bell pepper and than add tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, garlic olive oil, and vinegar, and tomatoe juice and blend to combine. Season with Salt and pepper (you can use a pinch of sugar if tomatoes are not really ripe) pour into a large bowl and let it chill for 12 hrs in fridge.

3prepare garnishes. Remove seeds and dice red pepper, green pepper, and cucumber. Dice onion. Chop up eggs. For bread crumbs place pieces of bread in oven on broil when hardened remove from oven or you can use stale bread. Heat up olive oil and fry pieces of bread until golden.
4Before serving put water in glass with ice let sit for 2 minutes. remove ice and stir in water to dilute. add garnishes and serve.
